“Spent 212 on reservation, room was clean and so was the lobby. Very peaceful. They have great blinds for sleeping, unfortunately I forgot to put the thick blinds down so that was disappointing. 35$ additional cost was charged to my card, I’m unsure if maybe that’s an incidental fee or an additional cost, will respond and reduce the star level if it’s an additional cost. They charge for parking but didn’t ask if I had a vehicle, make sure when you check in, that you tell them if you have or do not have a vehicle.”

“The staff at this establishment are efficient and helpful. I booked a two queen suite that sleeps six with the fold-out couch. The room has a refrigerator and microwave with handwashing sink, shower in a tub, and a spacious working/lounging area. Parking is easy, and a Chick-fil-A and Wendy's are well within walking distance. The pool is indoors and there is a workout room. Breakfast is also provided. If you book here, I would recommend that you choose an even numbered room because there is a major road outside the odd number rooms. I would also recommend the top floors for a weekend stay because children are often times playfully loud, and the weekends have more families checked-in. During the week, this really isn't an issue. Overall... a great stay! UPDATE: I received a call from this hotel the day I checked out. They were letting me know that I had left a new pair of shoes. I was so impressed! Most hotels would not take the time. I will definitely stay here again!”

“Exceeded all expectations for an affordable hotel. Well maintained hotel, excellent housekeeping, comfortable bedding, convenient location, better than average breakfast and friendly, professional staff. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide better coffee at breakfast and/or in room.”

“After searching for hotel rooms in Pismo Beach, and finding the nicer hotels very expensive, I booked a room for one night at the Hampton Inn Santa Maria. Although it is located inland a bit, it was easy to find. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable as well. They offered a complimentary full breakfast and parking was free. We really enjoyed our stay there.”
